Upgraded plan not showing

Hi, I’ve subscribed to the annual plan and received an e-mail confirming my purchase, but subscription options (more than 5 mins/day, all topics and level) are still locked and I still have the choice of subscribing. Should I just wait or did I do something wrong? Thanks.

Thanks for playing Drops! We’re sorry for any inconvenience!

Are you logged in to your device with the same Apple / Google ID you made your purchase with?
Have you tried to tap Restore purchase in the app’s Profile menu?
It often helps too if you log out of Drops and log back in again.

In case you still have trouble with your subscription, please send us a message from the app’s Help section, and attach the receipt of your purchase you received from Apple or Google!
