The app keeps closing

I recently downloaded the Korean app and I was making good progress. All of a sudden the app will not open correctly. It goes to the main screen that says drops with the pictures but after that it just closes. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall it but that hasn’t worked either. I haven’t downloaded anything since that. I’m unsure why it is doing that.

I have an iPhone 8+.

Can you please try to install and open our international app

instead of the language specific / Korean version, and see if you experience the same problem?

I have tried that as well and it does the same thing. It will not open past the title screen.

Can you please confirm if you still had the Korean version installed, when you tried to open the international Drops app?

Also, can you please confirm if you were logged in to Drops when you started experiencing this issue? If yes, please email us to support@languagedrops.com referring to #869 and tell us the email address (or email associatied with Google or Facebook) you used, so we can investigate further!
