The app does not open

Recently downloaded the program on the cell phone, I started with the Korean application, but the second or third time I opened it, it stayed in the interface of “drops” with the images and did not progress, then uninstall it, try again but nothing. Then download the full language application, I was fine until the same thing happens again, it does not open anymore. What should I do?

My cell phone is a huawei honor. Does the type of cell phone have anything to do with it?

Can you please confirm what type of device you use? Also, can you please confirm if you still had the Korean application installed to your phone when you installed the international app?
