Hi Drops. My Apple ID was charged $10.59 on May 09, 2019, which I meant to cancel from my previous subscription but I forgot. I contacted Apple last thursday and they would not give me a refund. This saturday I decided to use my “subscription” but the app didn’t give me any premium benifits. Please get back to me about this as soon as possible. My subscription is already over a third of it’s completion☹️.
