Progress is lost

I got a new phone logged in to drops it then says I have my premium account and my progress is restored. But I have no progress restored…

I have the same issue. I started with drops on my tablet and now wanted to add it to my phone too. It says purchases are restored and progress too.
But it only shows 22 words in my statistics.
When I look on my tablet it’s 162.
Been using the app for few days now.
What do I need to do to synchronize my data?
