Premium Abo but no access

Dear Drops Team. I paid for the premium yearly abonnement but have no access to all topics and i cannot expand the user-time of 5 minutes in the menue. There has nothing changed compared to the free vision. And I cannot change any menue points. Can you please remedy that problem or i unfortunately have to cancell the abo. Kind regards, Alrun Cohen
