Payment issue and Debit of money from bank account

Hey there. I am based in India. I tried to pay for a yearly subscription using online payment from my bank account. The payment was not accepted yet it’s reflecting that money has been debited from my account . Can someone guide me with how can I get the amount reversed?

In order to make your online purchased subscription work, please try to go through these steps:

  1. Try to log out of Drops and log back in again.

  2. Tap Restore purchase in the app’s Profile menu.

If you still have trouble accessing the Premium features or want to reverse the charge, please message us from the app’s Help section, and send us the receipt of your purchase.

We’ll sort this out for you!
