Payed for plan not working

I made a lifetime payment for the plan to get 15 mins a day, and the ‘session length’ does say 15 mins, but I’m only getting 5 mins, and when I tap the session length it just asks me if I want to buy premium! How do I make sure I get my 15 mins?
