Monthly AND annually debit :-(

First I’ve started with monthly paymend.
Then I got an offer of an discount for an annual payment, which I accepted.

But a first the debit was about the full price witheout any discount
and finally there is a new monthly debit additionally.

Not bad

What you see in the app is the price for one month in your currency, but the total for the yearly subscription is billed as one up-front payment for the full year at the time of subscribing.

You obviously misunderstood that the customer is paying twice for the same thing.
