Misterious ads, for lifetime users (polyglot) apples does not take the responsibility

I have polyglot premium lifetime access. Last week Regularly arrived mysterious ads. What does it mean?
Practically almost impossible contact to drops community / support for help I attach the screen shot

The message you shared the screenshot of is not an ad, but an announcement about that due to App Store policy changes, we’re not going to update the language specific Drops apps in the future.

We ask you to please download the international Drops app

and log in to this app with the same credentials you previously used for the language specific app. Your progress and subscription will be available in the international Drops app.
