Mistaken Purchase

Hello,
Your app was running a 40% off sale and I mistakenly purchased the lifetime purchase instead of Yearly purchase. I have contacted google and they refuse to cancel the purchase and so I am hoping there is some help that you may provide me. Please help me resolve this situation.
