We’re sorry about any inconvenience!

Your payment and subscription are handled by Apple or Google, and we don’t have access to them. You can manage your subscription by following these instructions:

https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637?hl=en (Android)

Make sure you cancel the recurring subscription first, in order to avoid getting charged again at renewal.
