Lost part of my progress

Hello, I’ve been using this app since the start of the year… I am learning German, I was advancing with the words. My account was supposed to be synced with Facebook, but it didn’t update the data. I restored my phone, installed the app again, but I lost great part of my progress. As I said I think the app didn’t update the data… Is there a way to get my whole progress back?

Please, message us from the app’s Help section, and tell us more details about what you experience! Please explain what do you mean by “it didn’t update the data” and “lost great part of progress” exactly. It can help a lot in our investigation and troubleshooting process.
