Where is my subscription?

Please also check if you are using the latest version and the same Drops app as the one that your purchased
We created different apps for different languages because the app store has some limitations when it comes to searching for specific languages. Each of the language apps has different icons so please check the icon from the receipt and make sure you have installed the same on your device.

If it is still not working, please let us know and we’ll solve this matter in no time - one way or another!
