I purchased the yearly subscription and It still locks me out of the services

I signed up for the premium app and it was working fine. I tried to use the premium services today and it says I need to go premium. I have tried to restore the purchase, log out and re log in, and made sure it is my account that subscribed to the payment.

How do I fix this issue from this point?
