I can’t use Premium cause!

2月15日にプレミアムコースを購入したが使えません!
iTunes store は保留のままです。
しかしアプリ購入済になっている。その後にエラーメッセージ “iTunes storeに接続出来ない” と出る。
クレジットカードは問題ない。問題が解決せずイライラするため、プレミアムコースをキャンセルしたいです。
Contact us にもメッセージを送ったが返事がありません。
対応して下さい。

Hello, your app is very useful to me.Thank you I bought a 1 year premium course Y4,400 on February 15. But I cannot use it. Because iTunes purchase history is on hold. It’s not a my credit card issues. You can purchase the application and you will see “Can be used until next February 15”. Next,I get an error message "can’t connect to iTunes Store ". I’m tired. I don’t want to pay money for unavailable application. Even use free version only. Please cancel purchase.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve decided to cancel your plan.

Your payment and subscription are handled by Apple, and we don’t have access to them. You can manage your subscription by following the instructions here:

You need to cancel the recurring subscription in order to avoid getting charged automatically again at the renewal date.
