Horrible experience with the application

I tried the application for free, after some time I noticed that it crashed a lot, it was hanging on start and never started. I tried to find some solution - reinstalling IOS, application. I even bought a monthly plan. But the problem still appears. I wish I could take it back and never install it.

How do I proceed with refund (I used CC to pay)? I already wrote the ticket through the application, but I dont know how long it takes to get feedback.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve decided to cancel your plan. Your payment and subscription are handled by Apple and you can manage them by following the instructions here:

You need to cancel the recurring subscription in order to avoid getting charged automatically again at the renewal date.
