Have premium, but can't play offline

I’m logged into the game, it shows I have premium, but I’m unable to play offline. I had this problem since I bought premium in October. At that time I was learning Hebrew. Currently I’m learning German.

It’s been a huge challenge to find a way to contact the company because the help button does nothing. It doesn’t lead me anywhere or have a drop down menu, nothing.

My daughter has the same issue for about the same amount of time.

We were aware of the problem with the Help button, and have released a fix.
