Accidental subscription

Good day! First of all thank you for your awesome app! But unfortunately I got some problems :frowning: I was studying with your app and accidentally bought the Premium subscription. When I was trying to exit with the home button, the window with acceptance had appeared…I like your app very much, but I don’t have such opportunity to pay this sum of money…because of the family access the money was withdrawn with my father’s credit card, I think he will be disappointed in his son because of such actions :frowning: I don’t know what to do, please help me!

Your payment and subscription are handled by Apple or Google, and we don’t have access to them. You can manage your subscription by following the instructions here:

Make sure you cancel the recurring subscription first, in order to avoid getting automatically charged at the renewal.

If you need further assistance from our end, and you have not done it yet, please message us directly from the app’s Help section, and send us the receipt of your purchase you received from Apple or Google.
