Could you please tell me how to acquire my purchase
I have logged in and out of the app. Also logging into Apple ID. With no result
Bank statement shows money has gone through to Paddke

As I can see, you already submitted a help request to us, #29870. In order to be able to investigate what is happening, and sort this out for you, please message us directly from the app:

open the app, go to the Profile menu, scroll down to the Support section and click on Help;
there you should be able to see either a + sign (Android), or a Contact us link (iOS) - click on that
and submit a ticket, where you attach the receipt you received from Paddle.
